Did not Disappoint!
I gave away my first air fryer a few years ago. It was too small and I had to pull out the drawer to see the status of what I was cooking. I read the description of the Greenpan Airfryer and thought it might solve my issues with the one I gave away. This Greenpan airfryer did not disappoint me. A clear view of what was cooking, easy controls, efficient. While it had a greater capacity than the first one, it fit in the same space in the cabinet.

Air fryer good and bad
I like the air fryer size and style and overall design. I'm not so sure it gets as hot as advertised because I have to cook all foods I've tried so far for much longer than recommended. I also find the control panel to be hard to read and hard to navigate. The control panel location in the back side of the lid is hard to see and should be on the front of the machine. I also have to turn off the under-cabinet lights just to see the panel. The non-stick makes for very easy clean up.

Big Disappointment
Very unhappy with this air fryer. I received it as a gift, that I picked out after reading reviews and having purchased other GreenPan products, and I wish I could return it. The air fryer itself is very sleek looking and easy to clean, much like the pans and cookware I own that are GreenPan. The air frying itself is the problem and the food does not come out crispy and plan on increasing the cook time more than what the recipe/package calls for. I have tried problem solving with using the different settings and also wanted to mention I do not overcrowd the basket. In a toddler household where there’s a lot of air frying going on, this product is a big disappointment.

Defective and they dont take ownership to fix
I bought this last week. Used 2x and cleaned as recommended. The rubber feet (which keep the basket in place and keep from scratching inside) tore and one fell off. Sent concern to get a replacement and they said that part doesn't fall under warranty. Pretty annoying response and lack of responsibility from a large company. I would not have purchased given their policy and quality control is lacking. Maybe after a year but the first week of ownership?!? Lol. Ridiculous to say the least.

Do not buy - defective rubber pieces
The rubber pieces that hold the tray in place tore almost immediately after purchasing. They recommended hand washing it in order to prevent this from happening when it's advertised as dishwasher friendly. Then they told me they would replace it but not include a warranty, so I will be forced to return it.

One minor flaw
Bought this air fryer in March and love it! We have probably used it almost everyday since we purchased it. My only complaint and the reason I can't give it a full 5 stars is that the rubber stoppers on the insert never fit properly so within a few weeks they broke and now the insert doesn't stay put unless we very precariously place the broken stoppers on the corners. That one part is pretty disappointing as there is no way for me to get them replaced, but aside from that I love how quickly it heats up and the fact that I can see how my food is cooking.
