I wanted these to be so much better. The non stick is fine. But the rest of the pan stains and even is appearing to rust around the edges and lids. Less than a year using these and ONLY handwashing. Not really worth the price. My last green pan set did not do this. Expected more from an “upgraded” set

Excellent quality non stick pans
We have owned three of the top brands of pans and paid premium prices. On a whim, we bought a lower pan in this line and it has been great. We decided to order a full set of the upgraded style and are not disappointed with the cooking and cleaning. The set comes with a sponge and directions for cleaning should the need arise to remove evidence of a culinary failure from the pan. We would highly recommend this set.

Greenpan GreenPan Apex 8 inch Frypan is definitely an upgrade from the pans I'm used to! I've tried and loved other pots and pans from the brand and was super excited about this one. The Hybrid 3-ply Stainless Steel Thermobond Technology is really next level and makes it far easier to cook foods to perfection. Infinite Ceramic Nonstick is so next level, and it's also 10x more metal utensil she, so it's a great product for anyone. I love it.

One of the worst pan sets
Definitely not non-stick like advertised. Everything sticks to these pans making cooking very difficult. Waste of money on these. I would upload photos if I could.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring it to a near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a Melamine sponge on the warm surface; this should do the trick.
