Use a Ruler

Pan dimensions listed in the website are not accurate. Needed to purchase a different cover, because the listed diameter was smaller than the actual diameter. Listed depth is not accurate either.

Best large pan

Not nonstick at all

Surprise surprise. Stuff sticks terribly to these pans. Making a cheese quesadilla was a disaster. You have to cook entirely differently.

A must have in your kitchen!
