THESE ARE AMAZING

This set is GORGEOUS. My sister almost returned her own set of random pots and pans if it weren’t for the fact that she’s had them for years hahahaha. They truly are nonstick and and I am hoping they last me for years to come. They match my style and I love that they even came with some spatulas and were so well priced

Damaged poor shipping

When I received my box with these pans along with a small blanket, the box had been opened and re-taped and the products inside had been damaged. I contacted Macys immediately and advised some of the situation I was told by not one but two Customer Service agents that my pot my products would be resent. I also was told online that my products would be resent still waiting for them to be resent and so far. I keep getting emails saying that I am in receipt of the product. Yes it’s damaged though am I supposed to give damaged products for Christmas presents please? Macys make this right
