Good design, poor quality control.
We decided to splurge on this as it was really well designed compared to similar options. The first unit we received was leaking motor lubricant into the food. We returned it for a replacement and the second unit shakes violently and will not complete a full cycle. Hoping to get a 3rd machine that doesn't have any issues.

Very easy to use
This machine is awesome! My kids love to watch and help. We made smoothies multiple times and it came out delicious. The machine is very quiet and it is very compact. It is very easy to clean with water and soap. The product is very durable and it will last us a long time. We are looking forward to summer to make more ice cream and smoothies.

Amazing quality and easy to use
This machine is amazing!!!!!!! Highly recommend I have the ninja creami as well and the green pan puts it to shame it is so easy to make ice cream slushies and other frozen drinks. Assembly was so easy you just place in the ingredients and you’re good to go! No freezing anything in advance. The texture of the ice cream and froyo is amazing lived this machine

I got from influenster . My kids love it .This machine is a real time‑saver — no pre‑freezing needed thanks to its built‑in compressor, so you can make ice cream, sorbet or slushies in about 15–30 minutes. The 2‑quart capacity means I can serve the whole family without constantly refilling. The multiple modes and texture settings give flexibility for soft serve, firm treats or icy slush — great for kids and grown‑up desserts alike. On the flip side, it’s on the pricier side and cleaning is a bit more fiddly than I’d like; there are parts that drip and must be washed . If you love homemade frozen treats and want convenience and variety, I’d recommend it — just be ready for the investment and a little extra clean‑up.

Amazing ice cream and frozen treat maker!
Making ice cream couldn’t be easier. All it takes is a few ingredients and it’s ready in under 45 minutes and stayed perfectly frozen and easy to serve. The kids loved using it, and cleanup was surprisingly simple since all the parts come apart and rinse off fast. The clear bowl makes it easy to check on progress, and it runs super quietly. Definitely a great kitchen add-on!

Best machine I have tried for soft serve!
So excited for a real soft serve ice cream in the house! I absolutely love this machine and this is the third cone in the video- the boys ran and took the nice big amounts so you get a lot in one small recipe. It tasted so good and it works so quick. It’s practically self cleaning! It’s not very loud so you can continue watching tv or reading while it works its magic in the back ground.

Amazing frozen drink and soft serve treat maker
Amazing frozen drink maker that is super efficient, easy to use, looks stylish and works within 30 minutes. I have made the best milkshakes I’ve ever had in my life with this. I also made frozen spiked drinks and it creates the perfect texture. The motor is strong. Max 6 cups, minimum of 2 cups. You can’t add solid foods which is a bummer but you can mix in toppings after. Great ice cream and frozen drink maker.
