Would not recommend

I have bought 2 in the last couple months and both have broken on me, the plastic just breaks. I clean it carefully and do not put in the dishwasher. Very disappointing.

Easy to use, delicious treats!

Really beautiful machine. I would even leave it out on the counter at all times. Easy to use and surprisingly easy to clean. Very clear instructions for assembly, disassembly and cleaning. Many recipes included and tips on how to modify them to create other flavors. We started with milkshakes and while our first try was a little thick for our preference it's easy to adjust consistency to meet your needs. This thing does everything from slushies to ice cream, milkshakes to sorbet and even spiked slushies! Time varies for your creations to finish based on what is in it to the quantity you are making but our milkshakes only took a little over 30 minutes. Easy peasy and very happy to have this in our home!

This opens a world of treat customization!

As someone who doesn't eat dairy, I'm always looking for easy ways to have a non dairy treat without paying the expensive price at the grocery store. Getting to make it at home and customize the flavors to my taste makes it even better. The Greenpan Frost machine is such a great solution for this. It's easy to use and very versatile. I made some coconut soft serve, but I can't wait to try this out for smoothies and frozen cocktails. This is sure to be a hit for parties and will make for such a fun tool for entertaining. So far there's nothing that would make me hesitant to recommend this. Give it a try!

Great ice cream maker

Have been using this machine for over a month now and I would say it takes some time to adjust to the right recipes and consistency. The ice cream recipe in the book has too much salt and it needs to be adjusted. We have been loving the soft serve option and so far it's our favorite setting after the slushie. Slushies are pretty much the easiest of all. You can use any soda or juice to make a slushie. Comes our perfect every time. Cleaning the machine is probably the hardest task. It takes some time to get rid of the grease. You need to run a few cycles to get it cleaned. It's important that you dry everyone well before putting it together. The machine works perfectly everytime. It take 15 to 30 minutes to get the recipe done but it's worth the wait.

Makes ice cream easily enough and cleanup isn’t any better or worse than my little cuisinart ice cream maker. While it makes it about 4 minutes faster, the ice cream is icier and not as creamy. Might be the recipe from the booklet included but a bit disappointed. Love my other Greenspan product more than this one.

Best frozen desserts your way

I love this Ice Cream and Frozen drink maker. It has become a staple on weekends. We have been making protein frozen yogurt and ice cream with it and then topping it with fruit, nuts, sprinkles, or colored granulated sugar. The texture is amazing and you can change it by selecting a different mode. This machine has 6 modes and 7 different textures. It is easy to clear.
