Hassle returns and non-stick finish chipped

I followed all of the guidelines for safe care of the pan and it still has nicks in the finish after less than two weeks of use. Also BUYER BEWARE they advertise “hassle free returns” but in the fine print it says that the items have to be unused in original packaging. Not sure how that’s “hassle free”. How can you make an assessment about a piece of cookware without using it?

Love these Pans!!!

I had seen plenty of infomercials that show non stick pans and eggs sliding right out of the pan, But wow!! theses pans are amazing. Clean up super easy. As a widowed father any help in the kitchen I can get is huge!! Thank you GreenPan for making a product that really is what you say!!!

Chips Imediately

Love the colors sizes and non stick surface . Easy to clean , cooks fast ,- (watch the heat level . ) Draw back , no matter how careful you are the pans chip right away and stains are difficult to clean off . If you use a strong cleaner it takes the paint off 😟
