Ok but…

I purchased my pans about a year ago and waited to write my review, although, I knew a month in that it wouldn’t be a great review. The saucepan was left sitting in my sink overnight and somehow there was water underneath it (I probably rinsed it with a promise to wash in the morning). The next morning when I moved the pan to wash it, there was a circle of rust under the pan and in my stainless steel sink. I quickly realized that these pans need to be immediately washed and dried and cannot have any dampness or water left on the bottoms of the pans. Despite being incredibly careful with them, over the past year, every pan has rusted to some degree on the bottom. I’m very disappointed in them for that reason. The nonstick interior surface is great but do NOT order any pan that isn’t smooth on the bottom or it will quickly rust.

Quality, reeasonably priced cookware

I got this set as a gift for my mom who is fair weather at best when it comes to brand loyalty in cookware. I started using Greenspan over a year ago, and was so pleased with the quality of the material and function that I had to get it for my mom to replace her hodge-podge collection. She loves it!

Green pans

Excellant! I have been using the pans for three weeks now. They distribute heat very well. They alow food to slide out easily. Very easy to clean. Love them. I'm someone who does alot of cooking and enjoy cooking. Highly recommend them. Cost is reasonable too.
