3 months agoDelivery and Customer Service FAIL
We ordered this sofa in the store and was told it did not come in fabric. We returned home went online and saw the sofa was available in fabric. We returned to the store had to cancel the purchase and reordered the sofa and love seat in fabric, causing us to lose the 36 mo financing. We were told to call customer service the next day to get the financing corrected. We called cancelled and reordered a THIRD time! Prior to delivery, we received 2 email and 3 text messages CONFIRMING delivery. My husband and I took time off work for the delivery. The truck arrived and the furniture was not on the truck. Driver advised us to call customer service! They were unable to locate the furniture and arranged delivery for 1 WEEK LATER! After being on the phone with customer service for 58 minutes and not being able to talk to a manager, they hung up on us. When furniture was delivered there was a rip in the furniture. We now have a THIRD day set up for delivery to exchange the damaged sofa!

4 months agoRecliner Function Failure
I purchased this reclining sofa for my parents new apartment at a senior living facility. The convenient features like cup holders and chargers were appealing. I wanted them to be comfortable in their reclining sofa. The very first day my father sat down and reclined he LOVED it. BUT the recliner would not return to closed position. I called Macy’s immediately and scheduled a return. It was a huge disappointment and a major inconvenience. I cannot recommend this sofa.

8 months agoElectrical on headrest stopped working
Had this couch under 2 years the 1st few months headrest got stuck and then started working few days later fast forward today 2 headrest are stuck in 1 position. USB-C charging does not work. You may want to get extra warranty because most likely it will fail. The couch is comfortable but not good once headrest gets stuck.

The fabric is quite comfortable and super soft and smooth. I love the lights at the feet and USB ports and cupholders on both sides.
