This out of the set was the least use and also the reclining mechanism started malfunctioning as well! even after exchanging a day after! so, we went with a different brand which so far, we have not had any issue till this point! I would not recommend this to anyone!

Bought this as a set and just like 84 in sofa! same problem! the reclining mechanism is a manufacturing defect! After they replaced the loveseat a day after the controls started malfunctioning. I would not recommend this at all! We decided to go with a different brand and glad we did so far zero problems until now.

Upon buying this sofa! Within a few months, the reclining system started malfunctioning! Started getting stuck! luckily, we were still under warranty. When they sent someone out to fix it! It was determined that it was a manufacturing defect. They sent out a brand-new couch and the very next day the reclining mechanism stops working again. So, we were charged a 15% to returned fee! due to not wanting the same sofa. We went with a different sofa brand and thankfully we have not had a problem with the new one. Although it has all the bells and whistles, I would not recommend it.

delivered 5 days ago in bad weather it was covered and set up by white glove treatment . its worth it as it is extremely heavy and under warrantee . it is a leather couch not the best leather but adequate. mechanism is so quite opening and closing. they are very comfortable not to hard and not to soft. it works on my 6 ft frame. i called Macys as 1 light was not on. they sent out a tech in 3 days now working perfectly, i have never had a issue with Macys and there response was super . if u try and fix a problem yourself u will cancel out you warrant coverage. so i have no idea where those naysayers live.

Nice sofa but bad delivery
We ordered this sofa & two matching recliner chairs. The 3+1+1 is made from top-grain leather & looks very nice aesthetically. It is being used in a family room which is redesigned ground up. We shopped in multiple places before liking this at Macy's & placing the order. We placed order during holiday season(Dec 2024) sale event for almost the same price(!!) We were promised Jan delivery date, which became March & in April, two individual recliner chairs were delivered. Sofa was promised to May, which became June, Jul & Aug. Finally yesterday(Jul 13) Macy's delivered the sofa. We have done countless calls, emails & all Macy's offered was how sorry they were for the delay. In the meantime, we had to keep our family & friends in the living room whenever they visited, answering everyone's question on why our family room doesn't have a place to sit. I hope the recliners will last long & the wait was worth it. But I wont be buying anything furniture at Macy's.

If you buy one they will not ever deliver it
I ordered one of these over 3 months ago and never heard from Macys. I have been caught in pergatory but the truth is - Macy is going broke - because ultimately they have a broken sales system. Supply chain can and should work better than this.
