Wanted to Love it
Bought 3 chairs and the sofa for theater room Waited 2 months for delivery, within 2 weeks of very little use, the one side of the sofa recliner broke, reclined and fell to side. Had to wait half a month for a repair person to come and tell us, it was defective and so we just returned and waiting on money back. Looks nice, but made very cheap. So sad, now have to try and find something to match the chairs

LOVE my new movie couch!
The couch is more than I expected. It feels soft and comfy, love the features (lights, reclining and phone charging ports). The delivery crew did a great job with ensuring everything was set up perfectly.

Disappointing
Checking/Testing Items if everything works before delivering to a customer, now I am stuck with a couch that is missing parts and the electrical connections not working

Very comfortable
The soft seat is comfortable, and the electric recline is very comfortable. When I recline fully, I end up falling asleep.
