Not worth the trouble

I ordered these as a wedding gift to my daughter. I will say the earrings are GORGEOUS!!! You can dress them up or down. The color is a beautiful creamy white. The problem was the back of the earring wouldn’t latch. I called customer service they sent a replacement out immediately. I just received the replacement which will unfortunately be going back as well. Although the backs latch on this pair, they are a completely different color (piercing white) and the one pearl is scuffed. You can’t even hide the scuff because it’s right in the front. For the price of these earrings I expected much better quality. Really sad though because these would’ve been amazing heirloom earrings.
