Follow-up on IGI Certificate for Grown With Love D

Dear Macy's Customer Service, I recently contacted your customer service by phone regarding the Grown With Love IGI Certified Lab Grown Diamond Stud Earrings I ordered online (Order # 4602182572 and UPC: 729367819796 and UPS Ground Tracking#: 1ZE16Y080366984407). I was informed that the IGI certificate will be mailed separately and may take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. I would appreciate it if you could kindly confirm this in writing, including the expected timeframe and shipping method if available. Since the certificate is an important part of the purchase, I would like to keep this confirmation for my records. Thank you for your assistance and I look forward to your reply.

Shine bright

Considering the fact that these are lab grown diamonds, I'm impressed and satisfied with the appearance. I would have given this a 5 star review but like most have already stated....the backs!!!! no idea why the creators did not add locking backs. Hoping that is not a reflection of the stone quality, but I used backs from a pair I already had....simple fix 🤞

I have purchased both Round & Princess cut earrings from Macys. Rounds were 1carat & Princess were 1.5 carats. They are beautiful sparkles & complement each other. Perfect size! Totally satisfied! Great price on sale for size! Not gaudy or overwhelming for everyday wear!
