Wrong color

I purchased two PINK lipgloss’s, one for me and one for my sister. When I received my order, they both came in the correct pink boxes but when I opened them, they were BOTH RED 😡. This was definitely intentional. I returned both of them. Not happy about this.

Wrong item received

Macy’s you had one job.. wrong color received.. what an inconvenient happening I wanted to like this but I unfortunately cannot. I was told to return and the item of choice will get to me the next time. So now I will wait and maybe just maybe I will get it next go around and get the correct product. The container is small and slim color looks vibrant in red but again this is not what I ordered.
