Terrible sales associates

Product is great but the sales associates at the Macy’s at Brandon Exchange in Brandon, FL are terrible, not helpful and not knowledgeable of their products or pricing. I used my barcode scanner on my Macys app for faster info. My 5 year old granddaughter could have done a better job selling cologne.

Did not receive product.

I ordered this fragrance online a few days ago and eagerly awaited its arrival. The carrier company notified me in the morning saying that my package has been delivered. To my surprise, only 2 out of 3 items have arrived. I contacted customer service and they told me that a claim has been processed and I should receive the shipment within 10 business days. About an hour later Macy’s send me a message saying that my package is out for delivery, so I patiently waited. 2 hours later I receive a message saying my package has been delivered. Once again, to my surprise there was no package. Ever since, the system status has been changing every few minutes. Macys app says that my product has been delivered. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
