Not in time for Christmas

I ordered this cologne as a Christmas gift for my husband on the 15th to pick it up at our Macys by the end of the day, I receive an email stating that it was out and they would mail it to me. I called customer service multiple times to finally yesterday the 19th. It still says processed, but not even when I was supposed to receive it. When I finally spoke to a manager, they told me that I would receive it before the 24th. Now I look online and I’m gonna receive it after Christmas. I am so mad because this was a Christmas gift for my husband. I would’ve never bought it online if I knew there wasn’t any at the store. That’s the only reason why I paid for it because I was gonna pick it up that same day. And instead of macys doing right by me and shipping it express mail now now I’m getting it after Christmas. I am very sad and heartbroken that Macy’s became the Grinch. .

Classy and Timeless
