Glasses bent

I like style and look of glasses but they are bent.!! One side is more tight on my head than the other side. You can feel the difference. When I set them down on a table, they rock and only one side of the end touches the table because they’re crooked. I really hope they can send me a better pair or fix it because it was a great price for great glasses overall!
