Lipstick case guerlain limited edition customized

Don’t waste your money the first one I purchased the lipstick case would not close. I sent it back asked for a replacement and that one the replacement same defective merchandise the lipstick case the replacement lipstick case will not close!! I think they just they just resent me my original defective lipstick case. Don’t purchase this item. Macy is going down hill. Enough to resend your defective merchandise back to you!

Picture misleading and has no lipstick

The product picture misleads the customer. The picture showed the entire set of case and lipstick so I thought it’s a complete set. But only got the case and no lipstick.
