I was very disappointed with the purchase. When I received the long-awaited package and opened it at home, I was upset to find that someone had already opened it before me—it was impossible to tell if it had actually been used, but it had definitely been opened. I’m not sure if there’s supposed to be a specific tamper-evident seal, but it seems to me that items like this should at least have a protective film on the box. Secondly, the edge of the white sponge inside was stained with powder, which indicates that the product had been used—or at least opened. Now that I know it was opened, I really don't want to use the powder.

Good but heavy fragrance

I'm pleased with the coverage and the product. I'm knocking off a couple of stars because the product is heavily perfumed. If your sensitive to fragrance, this is not for you.

Disappointed Product arrived damaged and looks u

"I was very excited to receive the Guerlain Météorites pearls, but I am deeply disappointed with the condition of the product. Upon opening, many of the pearls were broken into powder at the bottom. Furthermore, the puff and the protective sponge are heavily stained with powder, giving the impression that the item was previously used or mishandled. For a luxury item at this price point, I expected much better quality control. I will be requesting an exchange."
