Feminine but not girly

I'm fairly mature, in chronological years at least, so I don't like sickly sweet perfumes that smell too girly or like I fell into a vat of caramel. This is a floral, which I usually detest, but not overly so. Lavender has always smelled more herby than floral to me, so I think that spiciness makes it subtly sexy. Long lasting, but not overpowering. You won't have to worry that this will smack your coworker in the face like he/she has been hit with a shovel. The lotion is gorgeous with it, but smells fantastic on its own.
