Nice bag however recvd returned item

Very nice made bag looks a little lighter in color and a bit smaller than expected. Received item in mailing bag with no tags fresh pack or packaging inside purse. This was definitely returned and resold to me. Would return due to the price paid for a NEW bag but I’m gonna keep and not buy a bag online again.

Gorgeous & well made

Received The Wrong Inappropriate Item

I ordered this bag as a Christmas gift for my mother. My package arrived about a week ago, and I should have known that something was wrong when I saw the package. The package was all beat up and damaged. It was barely held together by tape that was very untidily plastered on. I can not express the shock and disbelief I felt when I opened the package and found that not only was my bag missing, there was an adult toy in place of it. I can not see how this could have ever happened. Now I am not sure if I can even get my mother her intended gift before the holidays. I truly can not believe how/why this happened.

Super cute

Live the shiny croc looking embossed exterior. Perfect small/ medium size and just as pictured. Good sale price at the time of purchase. I’ve always loved guess purses!

Beautiful!

Very nicely made handbag. The quality is excellent and the leather gorgeous. However, a potential issue for some is the photo color of the brown bag versus the actual color of the bag I received. The photo is a warm brown, and my bag is a cooler shade.
