Received the wrong item

I was excited after purchasing the bag, but I was a bit disappointed when I opened the box and saw they had shipped the wrong one. I returned it and reordered a new one—hopefully they’ll get it right this time!

Was sent the wrong bag, really wanted this one but was sent a stiff black glossier bag with patterns

I am not sure about this bag. First of all, I was sent a black Guess with patterns, when I clearly ordered the black solid color. Secondly, the bag is too stiff and not comfortable. It is also narrow to the point where it’s hard to get things in and out the bag. It is cute though.
