Heavy material and uncomfortable

Fabric is extremely heavy, rough to touch and uncomfortable. I'm 5'4" 120 lbs and size 29 was too tight in waist and extremely baggy in leg. Even if it fit correctly, could not deal with material. Ultra high waist is also a little too much for me.
