Cute Tee but Very Oversized

Ordered a size 14 for my 13-year-old grandson and it's huge. He's quite thin so this would look ridiculous on him. Looks more like a 16 or 18. I will reorder in a size 12 but I still think it might be too big. I would recommend sizing down 1-2 sizes unless you want that way oversized look.
