Poor quality – beads fell off after first wash

am very disappointed with this sweater. I bought it for my 7-year-old child, and after washing it for the first time, all the beads/gems on the front completely fell off. They chipped and broke and ended up in the washing machine. This should not happen after just one wash, especially for a children’s item. I would like to know if it’s possible to return or exchange this sweater, because the quality is unacceptable.
