Weeks after a bough this bag the strap broke

Disappointed

I purchased this bag in black about a week ago and today the long strap broke. I'm very disappointed as I've never experienced this with a Guess product. I'm not even sure if I can return it without the tags.

Cross body & hand held bag

Very nice bag. The size is good for cross body and hand held, however icross body & t is a bit pricey.

Nice size

This is a nice size bag, I love the light interior lining with the black bag. The shoulder strap broke after one week. I am taking it in to be repaired, looks like an easy fix.

beyond impressed

I'm beyond impressed with how quickly this came, it was even a day early! It was packaged perfectly to prevent any damage. After this experience with Macy's, I will definitely be ordering more things through them!
