Beautiful Bad Quality

I love the design and pattern of this purse; however, the two points where the shoulder strap connects to the purse broke! The first one within 24 hours. I managed to fix sew it back together, though not at all easy to do. Now today, the other one broke! The only type I use the strap is when it’s on my shoulder, and I’ve only had it a month. Guess said they can’t do anything about it, though it’s their lack in quality manufacturing that caused this

Bad quality, broken strap :(

Bad Quality. The strap broke off this handbag after using it 3 times. I didn’t even have anything heavy in the bag, only house keys and my phone. Really disappointing, cheap, defective item. Complete waste of money. Unhelpful customer service when I called to ask for help.

Cute summer purse but crossbody strap broke

I love this purse except for the fact that the crossbody strap broke and that’s the main way I prefer to carry the purse.

This purse is super cute! I love the floral print and it’s the perfect size. The main compartment opens up really wide and the side pockets has a bunch of useful space (I use one size pocket for my phone.

Never again

Second Guess purchase and my last. Second time purse arrived with the security sensor still attached. Second time I had to drive to the local Macy’s with my online purchase receipt in hand and beg someone to remove the sensor. I’ve bought several purses from Macy’s and never had any problems with any other brand. The first time this happened it was an irritating inconvenience but after a not so pleasant repeat experience I’m done.
