I never actually received this item. When I went to pick up the order from Macy's it was a pair of shoes in the box not the purse that I ordered. I took it back to the store and they said they didn't know how my order got mixed up but they could only refund me because they didn't know where my actual order was. The item was also no longer available on Macy's site.
