Beautifully made, wrong fit

The quality of this dress is superb. It is a heavy material so defiantly for colder weather. I am normally an 8 or medium in dresses which is what I ordered. I had to return it because the shoulder area and waist were too tight while the sleeve length was too long and the hips were too wide.
