Arrived incomplete

Recently, I purchased this bag in the blue color (that seems to be unavailable now) and it arrived with the charm attachment missing. It was such a cute little bag - exactly what I needed. I was really surprised when it arrived missing pieces, and even more surprised that no one offered to help me get the attachment (or a replacement bag) when I returned it. I suppose I'll be sure to purchase only in-store now to make sure I'm getting what I'm paying for.

Awful

I gave a 1-Star because there was no zero stars available. Bought the purse to match the Blue Shoes with the GUESS Logo charms and chain. Purse came without the charms & chains. I returned it as damaged but the replacement purse was delivered with no charms & chains as well. Now the purse is out of stock. I will be returning the shoes as well.
