Disappointed !!!

Was very disappointed ,could not get bag to stand , material is too stiff no matter how much was put in ,difficult getting in the bag ,handle too short ,did not return because I removed all tags when I received . Heard nylon was looking for a item very soft .Need-longer handles that could stay on shoulders especially wearing a jackets .

Smaller than expected

It's a really nice bag but it's way smaller than I expected. READ THE MEASUREMENTS ON THE DESCRIPTION, don't believe the picture.
