awful

Just in shock, the bag came on the keychain upside down with the inscription guess. glued incorrectly, so also peeled off. How is this possible? as if i buy in china

NOT DURABLE

Beautiful Purse but broke within months the zipper broken and all the stitching is messed up

Dissapointed in this purchase

I purchased this bag almost 6 mths ago and already the leather handle on the zipper is shredded. Is this even a real Guess bag? I’ve only really used the bag for 3 months out of the 6 as I was working from home most of the time. I am really disappointed in this purchase. I took a photo but it seems that he upload photo function does not work.

Why did I hesitate?

I'm not one to make spur of the moment purchases on a whim. So I looked at this purse a couple of times before finally making the purchase. I've only had it for a short time, but I have to say that I am glad I purchased it. The only thing I would change would be little bit longer straps. It doesn't stay on your shoulder very well. But the color and size of the purse is absolutely perfect, and I love the extra pockets inside.

Very nice purse

I ordered this because I thought it would hold my iPad. It is just a bit to small for my iPad as the zipper won't zip. I ended up using it for a purse and love it!

Sold me an old purse

I received this purse yesterday. When I opened the box, the purse wasn’t in a plastic bag. There are a lot of scratches and it is very dirty at the bottom. Looks like they sold me a second hand purse even though I paid for a brand new one. I have to return it for sure. Very disappointed!

Nice bag big enough to put a laptop in

I look the look of this bag and I get lots of compliments, Im suprise it holds alot even a small lap top. One issue I have is the material of the bag is extremly hard, I dont understand why the texture of the bag is so hard. I like the design of the bag the bag is also a little heavy even when nothing in it.
