Color and sizing is terrible

Purchased leaf green which looked like an olive green when I received it. Purchased M & L in case it was too small on the chest area. Well both sizes didn't fit regardless in the chest area. And the wrap around didn't work as well it was barely tying. I'm 5'4 160lbs and 36C
