Disheartened

As for the product, I cannot confirm nor deny the quality and fit. It was ordered weeks ago and was shipped to an old address. The rest of my order was shipped to the local Macy's. (Most of which was received) The package disappeared, before I noticed the shipping address and could track it down. The Macy's agent that then helped, was very kind/helpful, and she offered to reship the item to my PO Box. It was "delivered" (not sure where) and I again reached out to Macy's customer service. Again, the polite agent offered to refund or reship. I asked if they could reship. Agent said, yes, and on its way. I asked that it be shipped to the local Macy's. Not an option. It was shipped to the old address. I notified them of the correct address. No, shipped! The only option the agent gave me was to have UPS reroute the item, and was unable to provide a tracking number. I now have to keep watch for a shipping email, hope for luck, and go through their customer service experience.
