Used

The one I received was a returned piece heavily worn with a return ticket on it. Macys has been horrible with these online orders sending used items instead of new as advertised. That happened on multiple orders I don’t know where is the quality control no wonder they are closing locations

Not jet black

Im giving this jacket three stars. Its not a bad jacket. It Fits well, true to size, material feels nice and seems like it may be warm. However the color is not jet black. It has a tint of blue in it which gives it almost a navy blue look. You can tell the difference because the hood is an actual black and it doesnt match the jackets color description so returned it as it wasnt the color i wanted or expected.

Color issue

It’s a very good quality jacket so I can’t complain about that but on the app/website it says “jet black” when I definitely got a navy blue one . Other than this problem I love everything about it and I’d recommend it to other people .
