Unhappy with this process

It took more than 12 days for the product to arrive. The second item ordered the same day still has not arrived. Now I getting a notice the shoes will only be held for 3 more days. There wasn't a timeline for arrival, but there's a timeline for pickup. Why should I have to make 2 trips to the store? I will not be ordering anything else from Macy's.

I ordered the snake back heel as I saw online but it came with a clear plain black heel(not snake design) which is not cool but a deception

Different description as shown online

I'm not happy with my purchase, I ordered these shoe thinking I was going to get what I seen online, the snake design on the heel of the shoe, which these did not have,first pic you what you sent me, second picture is what was the online pic, that I want, not Kool 😒
