Not worth it!

I bought this bag on sale and used my star rewards money so I got a really good deal. This bag itself is very tough. It also broke within a few months and Macys would not replace or refund me. What happened to a guarantee for 1 year? Don’t waste your money on this bag.

Almost perfect

The material is sturdy, very well made. I love the size, it's perfect for me, I'm 4'8. The only issue is, it doesn't have an inside pocket, not one. I had an older version of this backpack that had pockets, I loved it so much but couldn't find it so I settled for this one. I like this one very much but would appreciate if they added an inside pocket.

Great medium backpack!

It is great! It isnt too big but not to small either! There are no pockets on the inside but there is one on the back (the area that would be worn touching your back. I dont find it hard to get into or keep things in like my previous backpack that I hated (not this brand).

Backpack

If you need to go in it more than a few times during the day very hard to maneuver. Only one pocket, none on the inside, doesn't close well either.

Better to purchase purses in store

I don't recommend this product at all. I thought it was made of leather but apparently it's made of a very cheap hard plastic material. Poorly finished as well. Need to improve quality control.
