Guess Handbag

I ordered this as a birthday present for one of our doctor’s . She loved that it was not too small or big. The purse has great structure very professional looking and can use it all year long.

Disappointed in Macy's online shopping

I was extremely disappointed to find my bag came extremely dirty as if it sat on the stockroom floor for several months. The bags were out of stock and I could not get it again. I even showed the cashier and she asked if I wanted to return it. Why would someone at Macy's not inspect the product being sold before selling it and shipping it to the customer? I left town for a week and when I came back I said forget it. I really waited and wanted the purse. You would probably do nothing about except tell me if I'm not satisfied return it. I very carefully cleaned the outside of the purse to the best of my ability. I suggest in the future when selling name brand items that they be inspected well before being sent to the customer. Sadly I have returned quite a few items the last 2 years in disappointment of their quality. I will be more selective in my future purchases. I kept the purse only because it was my birthday gift money from my daughter and I trust Guess products.
