Horrible dress!!

Horrible! The top is way too big and you can’t adjust it. Arrived with the seam coming apart. Material is very thin. I bought it online and Macy’s would NOT let me return it because it’s a Last Act sale, even though the dress is defective. I was told my the sales woman to take it to a seamstress. It’s a Brand new dress!! I should not have to take it to get fixed! Very disappointed!
