I wear Medium in tops. 36D, long arms. Sleeves actually reach my wrists and it fits loose but that's how its supposed to fit. Looks great tucked in with high waist wide leg pants and untucked with skinny jeans or leather leggings and ankle boots. It is sheer but is fine with black camisole for work.
