Too small

Tried to use mailed coupons which wouldn't load. Called help line and was told a 25% discount would be reflected on my bill in the next couple days... It did not! Called help line again and they I wasn't told that, but they would send me a coupon for 25% off my next purchase... They did not! Received shirt and it ended up being at least 2 sizes too small... Returned product. Have reservations as to how that will go, because so far, nothing I've been told has actually happened... ME
