Cute hoodie, but it runs small!

Purchased this hoodie in regal brown and it's soft and beautiful. Unfortunately, it runs small. I'm 5' 2" and 115 lbs. I usually wear a size 4, but the size small was too tight. I should have bought a medium in the hoodie. I purchased the small in the matching pant, and they fit just fine.
