Fabric of coat is weak for lent for wool and brand

The2 were gifts not a good fabric for the wool was attached to any clothing cotton or other wools ,; the liint attaches to make dirty colors onto the coats . Had I been able to return them after the 30 days after the ladies wore them once I should have. Very disappointed in this Guess item At Macy’s coat.pictures are shown below.for price and brand of items
