They are soft, perfectly for my feet. I can't walk around with shoes very low base because after a while my feet hurt.

Shipping worst

This particular item I ordered, never came. I can’t give it a rating. I just signed in to say Macy’s has worst delivery and customer service worst. I used to order regularly with Macy’s. Not anymore. It takes forever and sometimes it never show up.

Lacks cushion and comfort

These are cute enough for the pool or beach, but not very comfortable. Lacks cushioning and feels very much like inserting your feet into hard plastic.
