Disappointed at Customer Service

The top ran to big . I wanted to exchange it. I paid full price and had my receipt. I was told I only had 30,days and it was 44 days. I have been a customer for 20,years and a Macy’s card holder since 2007. Kohls return policy is 90days when using Kohls card. .
