Not sewn properly

Ordered a 0 (am 5'2 and 102 lbs) and was nervous about the fit and while it fit well it was poorly designed and the diamond cut-out in the front is off -center and looks weird. I wanted to return and exchange it for another one hoping it was just the one dress that was poorly sewn together but there were no more 0's left so I could not exchange it. I took it to the tailor to take in a little material at the arm pits and sew up a bit of the diamond so it doesn't look quite as weird. It's OK but not as great as it looks in the photo. I wanted to love it but I just like it. Thankfully it wasn't so expensive that I was really upset about it. I just won't likely wear it much.
