BEAUTIFUL SWEATER ODD SIZING

Beautiful sweater I ordered in black however it runs very short and very small. I am only 5'1 and this sweater was like a midriff on me I am also short waisted and always wear a small in all guess tops even though I am large busted sadly this did not work at all
