These boots are beautiful but the fabric and the way it’s made I can’t even get my foot in it . And u can’t return it because of lady act I think it’s not fair a customer should have a exception of one time of situation like that,

Cute Style and color choices.
The color choices on these boots are super cute and I really wanted to keep these boots but they ran small. At the front when I walked they felt floppy when they are on because of the tie front closure. A zipper would be better. I would have returned for a bigger size if it weren't for that plus it's a better style for younger people.

Sizing way off
Adorable boots but sizing is way off. Ordered a 6 1/2 and way too long, not a true 6 1/2. The length is more like a 7 1/2. Also, even though too big, it's difficult to get your foot into the shaft. They are well made and cute; wish they worked for me. Had to return.
Black Booties
I liked the quality of these shoes. They warm and comfortable. Me regular size is 6.5 and I bought 7.5 and they are big on me so should say that dimensional grid meets the reality :). So I would recommend it :)
