Uncomfortable shoes

The sneaker started squeezing my pinky toe that makes it very uncomfortable. It has a narrow fitting. I am size 8.5 and i choose size 9 but still hurts

My feet hurting so bad. Not true to size. I do not know whether I can return it because I wore it for a day.
