Macys shipping & order processing is abysmal

I purchased this item online over 10 days ago and still do not have confirmation of it shipping. It just keeps saying processing be very leery when ordering online from Macy’s and shipping to your home address there are often delays but when you receive the item Macy’s does not take that into account when trying to return some thing you do not get the full 30 days to return the item be very careful buyer beware -

Very Cute…Size UP

The jacket looks even better in person. Great quality and nice quilted pattern in places I didn’t expect. I’m typically a small or medium and bought a large based on reviews and pictures. Large fits perfect and sleeves are long enough for me. For reference, I’m 5’8 and have a slim to athletic build.
